Görlitzer park is a great (if odd) place to be in the middle of a beautiful summer day like today’s. It’s in the heart of Berlin’s ‘alternative’ culture, deep in Kreuzberg. Like anywhere else in Berlin this means it’s a whole mash of those that were there “before it was cool“, the ‘new people‘, the drug dealers and of course the ‘fact’ that it’s been overrun with tourists and no longer has any meaning. It might be obvious I don’t subscribe to any of the views, I just like being in the park when it’s sunny. Weird, that.
